Manuli Hydraulics are well established as global leaders in the supply of specialist hydraulic connectors to the foundation equipment sector, including hydraulic grabs, hydromills and pile driving equipment. Over the years we have worked in partnership with some of the most prominent global brands in the industry to develop products which meet their exacting requirements in some of the most demanding applications – in particular, those which put excessive tensile stress on hose assemblies, leading to premature failure.
Drawing on this expertise we have now developed HydroRope, which is designed specifically to cope with the rigours of applications where high tensile forces are present. The unique (pat. pending) structural design of HydroRope makes it ideal for these applications, where it can comfortably cope with tensile forces between 3 and 5 tonnes (safety factor 2:1) without any discernible damage to the hose.
