Suitable for 4 wire-spiral hoses up to 1¼”, the MRB 137 EVO R is a versatile addition to any low-medium volume repair and maintenance operation. Supplied with an ergonomic quick-change gun for die installation and removal, the MRB 137 EVO R can also be fitted with an optional die storage panel making it even more efficient to use.

Anaconda is the first hose by Manuli Hydraulics which has been purpose designed to meet the specific challenges presented by hydrostatic drive systems.

Hydrostatic drives often require short lengths of hose in tight routing conditions, such as the undercarriages of construction and mining vehicles. This can prove problematic, as shorter lengths of hose tend to require a much higher bending force than longer lengths of the same hose, making them difficult to install in compact environments.

Anaconda has been designed to alleviate this complication with a reduced bending force to suit difficult undercarriage applications. It also has a very low minimum bend radius which exceeds the standard requirements, making routing easier and reducing the risk of kinks even in these constricted conditions.

Die Herausforderungen von Übertagebauaktivitäten – hohe Ladungen, hohe Temperaturen und harte Materialien – stellen eine große Anforderung an die Hydrauliksysteme von riesigen Maschinen, welche in diesem Umfeld arbeiten. As part of our continuous improvement policy, we have introduced a number of changes to the Q.Safe Flat Face range of quick couplings.
These changes include:

  • The female MQS-F and MQS-FH couplings are now connectible with up to 6 bar of residual pressure
  • The MQS-FP, MQS-FH and MQS-FS couplings now have a zinc nickel coating for even greater corrosion resistance
  • We have introduced the MQS-F 90° coupling for easier use in confined spaces
